In-Home Care Services (IHCS) – Oregon

Atlas Community Care is an In-Home Care Agency (IHCA) providing Medicaid-funded in-home caregiving services for clients who qualify through Oregon's Medicaid programs and brokerages.

We provide personal care, homemaker services, and support with activities of daily living to help Oregonians remain independent in their own homes.

Understanding what's required to qualify for family caregiving programs in Oregon

In-Home Care / Brokerage

To qualify for Oregon family caregiving programs:

  • Oregon Medicaid (OHP) eligibility
  • A functional needs assessment by a Case Manager or Service Coordinator
  • Residency in Oregon
  • Need for help with ADLs/IADLs
  • Ability to self-direct services or have a legal representative

Programs this applies to:
